1High season: what really changes in the price
At MobilityLine, high season does not replace the price list: it adds a 30% increase on the base rental, and only for the days concerned. In practice:
- Day by day: only the rental days within a high-season period are increased. A rental that starts before 20 December only pays the higher rate from the 20th.
- You keep your length-of-rental tier: it is based on the total rental period (1-2 days, 3-6 days -5%, 7-13 days -10%, 14+ days -15%), then the increase applies to that tier's price.
- Extras are never increased: Comfort (+MAD 200/day) and Premium (+MAD 350/day) plans, young driver fee, delivery, one-way fee, No-deposit service and options (GPS, baby seat, 4G Wi-Fi, additional driver).
- The “From” prices shown on the site are off-season prices. The booking summary shows the number of high-season days and the matching estimate.

The dates of the two Eids depend on the sighting of the crescent moon, and the spring dates may change: they are updated when officially announced.
What about school holidays in Morocco in 2026-2027? According to the calendar published by the Ministry of National Education, the holidays run from 6 to 13 December 2026, 24 to 31 January 2027, 21 to 28 March 2027 and 9 to 16 May 2027. The December and January holidays fall outside high season with us, and the May holidays are only affected from 13 May: good windows for a family trip.
3Two worked examples
Example 1: a week straddling 20 December. MG3+, from Wednesday 16 to Wednesday 23 December 2026, i.e. 7 rental days. The 7-13 day tier applies to the whole period: MAD 270 per day. The days from 16 to 19 December stay at the normal rate; 20, 21 and 22 December are 30% higher, i.e. MAD 351 per day (the 23rd, the return day, is not a rental day: 1 day = 24 hours from the pick-up time, and only going over by more than 4 hours would count as one more day).

Off season, the same week would cost MAD 1,890: high season adds MAD 243 here, not 30% on the whole rental.
Example 2: a week in August. Dacia Sandero, from Sunday 8 to Sunday 15 August 2027, i.e. 7 days, all in high season. The 7-13 day tier gives MAD 180 per day, increased to MAD 234.

These totals include Standard insurance, VAT and unlimited mileage in Morocco. Any extras are added without increase: the Premium plan, for example, stays at MAD 350 per day, even in August.
4Minimum rental: 3 days as soon as one day falls in high season
The rest of the year, you can rent from 1 day. But as soon as a single rental day falls within a high-season period, the rental must last at least 3 days.
Example: a rental from Saturday 19 to Monday 21 December 2026 counts 2 days, including 20 December, in high season. It is not possible as it stands: the booking form then suggests a return on 22 December, to reach 3 days.
Moving to 3 days also moves you to another tier (3-6 days, -5%): the daily price drops.
5How to pay less in high season
- Book early. The cheapest city cars go fast in summer and over the holidays. Cancellation is free up to 24 hrs before pick-up, and no online payment is requested when you book.
- Shift your dates by a few days. Only high-season days are increased: in example 1, picking up on the 13th and returning the car on 20 December brings the week down to MAD 1,890. Likewise, a stay starting on 25 August only pays the higher rate until the 31st.
- Rent for a little longer. The tier is based on the total period. In August, a Dacia Sandero costs MAD 3,042 for 13 days (13 × MAD 234) and MAD 3,094 for 14 days (14 × MAD 221): the 14th day costs only MAD 52.
- Choose the right category. A city car is often enough for two; for a family, compare models and prices on our Our cars page.
- Only keep useful extras. They are never increased, but they are charged per day: an additional driver or a GPS depends on your trip.
