2Why book so early?
From late June to late August, and during celebrations (Eid, weddings), demand soars at Mohammed V Airport. The most popular categories are exactly the ones families need: 7-seaters, SUVs, automatics. Booking early means choosing your model. And since cancellation is free up to 24 hours before, there is no risk.
Give your flight number when you book, even months ahead: you will have nothing to do on the day, the agent will be waiting at the terminal exit.
3Which car for the family?
- Couple or small family: Clio 5 or MG3+, economical on long journeys.
- Family of 4 or 5 with luggage: MG ZS Hybrid or Haval H6 Hybrid, both automatic.
- Large family or carrying parents: Dacia Jogger or KGM Rexton 7-seater (comparison: Rexton or Jogger).
Baby seats and boosters: MAD 30/day, to be requested when booking.
4Deposit, licence and drivers
- Licence: your European, Canadian or Moroccan licence is enough if held for at least 2 years. Details in our article on foreign licences in Morocco.
- Deposit: MAD 8,000 on Standard, MAD 2,500 on Comfort, MAD 0 on Premium. Over 30 days, Standard remains the cheapest if your card allows.
- Second driver: MAD 50/day per driver; a cousin or brother at the wheel must be declared.
5Summer questions: one-way, extensions, servicing
- Arriving in Casablanca, leaving from Tangier? One-way rentals are possible between our cities, for a surcharge depending on the route.
- Staying longer? Extend subject to availability, letting us know at least 24 hours before the end.
- Servicing: on a long rental, oil changes and services are covered by us, and a replacement car is provided if a breakdown immobilises the vehicle.
