1Before you leave: how to book properly
- Book online or on WhatsApp, giving your flight number and expected arrival time.
- Choose the category that suits your passengers and luggage (see below).
- Choose your plan: Standard (deposit from MAD 8,000), Comfort (MAD 2,500) or Premium (MAD 0).
- You receive a written confirmation with a reference number, then a reminder the day before.
Bookings are possible up to the same day subject to availability, and cancellation is free up to 24 hours before pick-up.
2On arrival: what happens at the terminal exit?
Once you have your luggage and have cleared formalities, a MobilityLine agent waits at the exit with a sign bearing your name, day or night. They walk you to the car, carry out the check-out inspection with you (photos, fuel, mileage), go through the documents and hand over the keys.
Keep your phone on when you land and make sure WhatsApp messages come through: that is how the agent contacts you if the exit is very busy.
3Night or delayed flight: what should you do?
Our airport agencies operate 24/7 and organise themselves around flight arrivals. Because you give us your flight number, we track your landing: if your flight is late, the agent waits. You do not need to tell us about a delay; however, let us know if you change flight or date.
4Documents and conditions to prepare
- A driving licence held for at least 2 years (foreign licences in Latin script are accepted).
- An ID document: passport or national ID card.
- A bank card in the main driver's name.
- Minimum age 20 (young-driver surcharge of MAD 50/day between 20 and 25). Premium, hybrid and electric models, as well as the KGM Rexton, require a minimum age of 25.

6Returning the car at the airport before your flight
When you leave, you meet the agent at the agreed car park. They carry out the return inspection with you, then you walk to the terminal. Plan to arrive 3 hours before an international flight, to allow for the return, formalities and security checks.
- Return the car with the same fuel level as at pick-up: fill up before reaching the airport.
- Returning in another city is possible (Marrakech, Rabat, Tangier, Agadir, Fez) for a surcharge depending on the route: mention it when booking.
From the airport, allow 30 to 45 minutes to central Casablanca on the A7 motorway, about 1h15 to Rabat and 2h30 to Marrakech.
